Terms of ServiceWe do our best to accurately describe each item. we also carefully inspect each item before we ship to verify that it is in the condition stated and described in the store.
We like to see that you are pleased and satisfied with your items and our service. If an issue does arise, we will work with you to resolve it.
Items will ship twice a week. States buyer will receive a tracking number to keep track of the shipment.
We make big effort to take good photos that are large and clear enough to see each item well, write accurate descriptions, and answer all reasonable email questions to the best of our abilities.
We hope you'll realize that, we need to make a policy that is fair to us as a seller as well.
By stating these conditions up front, we hope this will avoid any misunderstandings in the future and give buyers greater confidence in buying, knowing what our policy are. Questions should be asked before buying.
